A Liplift is a surgical procedure used to enlarge the upper lip. As we age, the upper lip skin elongates, which sometimes makes the upper (pink) lip appear smaller. The liplift procedure is performed under local anesthesia. A small incision is placed under the nose and a predetermined amount of skin is removed. The lip skin is then advanced upwards which makes more pink lip visible. The results are permanent and scarring is minimal.
